Thnak you very much for your kind help, your code helps me a lot. i m in the process of shifting my projects in Vfp 6.0 to vfp 8.0 with Sql Server, i used CA in my forms, but it takes littile
bit time for loading the form, so, i changed my idea to call the table on the time of it needed.
please i need one more help from you, in that sql statement we are 'Select * from tablename' if i want to select on particular condition then(eg. x = 'Abc', 'Select * from tablename where Code = x ') how i will do, same way i want Insert some values into mytable, can i rewrite the code like(eg. x = 'Abc',nAmt = 123.00, 'Insert into mytable(Code,Amount) Values (x,namt)')
i need your kind helping hand in this.
