When I tried to make the File DSN the ODBC driver failed. I reinstalled the ODBC driver with a newer verion from Postgresql. I made the File DSN again and saw the connection info. The Postgres driver doesn't have a connection test so trying to make the File DSN served as a way to test this driver. Thanks for the idea.
