>Thanks for the response. I have been able to compare my input file to the PCCharge Client input file and they are the same. I have added the extra data needed for the commercial cards. In fact the input data is acceptable because the correct output file is generated by PCCharge. The problem is that the CHARGE OCX does not return anything from the GETRESULT method even tho I can see that the .oux file did indeed have a result.

Have you sent the support team both input and output of both the working and non working transactions so they can try to duplicate your issue? It sounds like there may be a problem with the OCX if everything else is kosher.
