I don't do much in the way of ASP.NET (practically none), but I can tell you this much ... the VFP stuff will be server-side, so your ASP.NET app will be hitting the VFP server-side only. Nothing needs to be installed on the client machine because they are only accessing your application through their browser, the same as any web application.

That said, there may be issues with different browsers and ASP.NET in general ... and I don't know what the differences are. But, it will have nothing to do with what your back-end data store is.
