I'd be surprised, and a little alarmed if this were possible. You're asking that code be allowed to drop an arbitrary file in an arbitrary location on your local HD - a major security risk.
What might be possible, instead, would be to create an entry in a user's Favourites/Bookmarks. But, I don't know the details on how to do that.
