Ok..here's the deal

I'm in the process of specing out a very small (< 200 hours) Invoice Tracking application. It's basically a 'one inquiry/data entry screen - lots of reporting' application and the powers that be want an estimate for VFP and .Net.

Now, I know that there is a 'Crystal Reports Lite' that comes bundled with .Net and from what I have been able to find, we can create a network application and its reports - but there is a limit to the number of report requests that can be made. I can't find anything that tells me what the number is.

Secondly, I'd like to give them some 'ad hoc' reporting capabilities but I'm not sure what exactly we would need for that. And since the reduction in force hit, we've lost anyone who understood anything about licensing. Could someone point me in a direction to get this information, or if someone has had to do this themselves and could give me an idea, I'd appreciate any and all help
