When I run BizTalk App which calls a reference to C# class dll (that I created), I've been getting the FileIOException error (see attached log). Seems like its not able to find the source and is looking elsewhere for it.
Do you know what where or how Appbase is being set? Apparently it is looking into the appbase path for the dll. But I already specified where the dll is when I'm referencing.
