Look for CONFIG.NT file in the system32 directory.

>2. The window size will not open up to use the entire screen. It only uses about half of the screen even when you press the Max button. The smallest resolution available in Win XP is 800X600 (which may be the problem).

The size of the window depends on the font you select in the shortcut properties. If you want to switch to full screen, press ALT+ENTER.
