Dodi, this can happen if the "wrong" version of the tables is being found. Is there an older version of the tables being found by your exe? This can happen if they are included in your exe (exclude them) or if pathing means the exe is finding a different version of the tables from the ones found by your development environment.
If in doubt, remove every copy of the tables except the one you plan to use, then test again.

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
