Increasing the Files Environmental Variable to 64 in the Config.nt file solved the "Too many files open" problem, and
pressing the ALT+ENTER keys switched to Full screen. Great!

Any way to switch to full screen programatically at startup?
(One PC will be running WinXP and 2 PC's will still be running Win98)
