Doesn't work whatever I do, with 16x16, 24x24 or 32x32 PNGs

If I have an image created on form BEFORE the button, then the transparency is correct but the picture on both image and button is resized.
If the button is first created, then the size is correct but transparency is lost.

I think that is a bug. Pitty, using PNG one doesn't need bitmap masks and looks very nice on every background color.
