If you recompiled the project and the change still doesn't show up the only thing I can think of would be to
1.Make sure to run the .exe from outside VFP and make sure the change is made before starting the exe.
2.Make sure the .FPW being changed is the one in the same directory as the .exe-
I usually have a separate directory to run my setup wizard on and have occasionally - OK lots - made changes in the wrong place.
