additional in order to run a fpd 2.6 app fullscreen with only 25 screen rows see the following example of a desktop link as target:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /D /C "mode con lines=25 && d:\exampledir\example.exe"

Edit it to your own needs but enter the full line even after the && which isn't a comment but an instruction.
