the only solution would be to build a wrapper COM object in another language that supports passing structures to COM objects e.g. C, VB or Delphi

the downloads that are available to build C style structs (clsheap.prg & struct.zip) aren't capable to rebuild COM style structures

you can't pass a string that has the identical binary format as the desired structure to a COM method, only to normal Dll (DECLARE) functions
