It's part of the Windows Script Host. My friend, the late Ed Rauh, and I wrote a series of articles about using it from within VFP for the VFUG newsletter (www.vfug.org) starting in September 2000. The WScript.Shell object appeared in October. The articles are available on-line at the VFUG site.
