You need some type of conversion to get from the data in the field to the name of the flag. You can do it a number of ways. One way is to build a table that has two fields, the data in the field and the name of the flag. Another way is to create a method or UDF that has a case statement of all the possibilities. A third way is to build an array with the possibilities.
