If you have MS Excel installed (or most MS Office programs), there is an Object Browser included.
In Excel, do ALT-F11, then look at the Object Browser button in the toolbar, (one of the last ones on the right).

The one in VFP8+ is better suited to us, as you can drag and drop the constants onto a file in the text editor.
In Excel you can search for your constant within the object model of your desired object then look at the bottom panel for the constant's value.
