Does this work in HTTP or is it a problem in both protocols? If it's only a problem in HTTPS, do other calls to this protocol work in the app? It may be that the certificate isn't installed properly.

Also, how are you calling this URL? Are you using a scriptmap? Have you allowed the correct verbs for the scriptmap?
