What do you mean, the "web transparent" does not work in a Windows form. I just selected in and I can see through it even on a Windows Form. I even used an image as the background in my form and was able to see it even with the button on top.

You can make its forecolor also transparent and its flatstyle to flag and then the button blends completely with the background image. Although, the button pops up as soon as you hover the mouse on it.
