cNet has a growing numer of online webinars. They run them again if you miss it. I believe there is one on Photoshop. there is also a book by Adobe press, Photoshop cs Classroom in a book, that comes with a CD.

Lastly, if your favorite news stand carries magazines from the UK, there are several magazines that come with CDs that have tutorials on Photoshop and other pacakges. Magazines that I am familiar with are - Computer Arts, Computer Arts Projects, 3D World Interactive.
