Previously here has a discussion on Using Tabs or More Form instead of Scrollable form!!

In my view, I suggest to use Tabs for Browse or 1-many related cases better than
scrolling down to find the detail part!
Example:
Orders has many fields and need a full screen to carry.
So, I divided them into 4 tabs already to separate according the time of data
entry such as Starting the Order will not enter the Shipment Date!
Secondly, if I put the Orderline into other forms or scrolling down, it still
NOT convience. So, at top, there will be another Tab or handle the Orderline
information! Thus, my screen layout for holding Orders and Orderline data will be:

At first, user feel inconvience as need too complex on screen. but now feel
faster to recieve part of information when they need and ensure what task and
related information need to fill in.
of cos, I still find any better method to make the user more faster and accurate to handle the daily work.
But now will hard to change screen layout because the user has adapted it. ^_^;
May be a good thing, may be a worse thing.
