Supuestamente, significa que otro usuario ha abierto la misma tabla, y ha hecho cambios, mientras tú los hacías. En vez de otro usuario, también podría ser otra instancia del ejectuable, o incluso otro proceso o pantalla (especialmente si usas private datasessions).
