Thanks for the information.
I too was looking for a feature like VFP has. My thinking, however, was along the lines of a "build and smoke" model. In that model, you build, test, re-code, and build again until you have a build that doesn't fail the tests.
In my mind, this makes it a little more difficult to implement that kind of development model, but not impossible.
