Wow, that is a reply to a message that is 5 years old. Whew I hope I can remember anything about this, lol.
I don't know what the format of the Outlook attachment data is. I would start by searching on Microsoft website for information about outlook and/or email attachments and OLEDragDrop to find out what the data type code for them is. In addition you have to insure that the drop target can handle the data. If you are writing the code to do it then you have to know how that data is structured so you can process it.
