Alessio, have you double checked for virus' and trojans and adware infections? Have you run hdd tests and disk defragger? If it only happens when you are connected to the network check what is happening on the network card. Is the network connected to the internet?


>Thomas, I am sure it depends on my PC Hardware, an Acer TravelMate 290E Notebook. The problem rises only on my PC and on another one, which is a Travelmate 290, on other PC even with the same operating system it gives no problems.
