Can someone explain how to select between the 2 login acct types available in installing Sql Server.

I want to control server from VS assemblies where sometimes the server is local to the assemblies and sometimes remote.

Everytime I've picked Domain login account I've had trouble connecting, and so far have picked Local Account.

I'd like to understand the two options better. If users all login with Domain accts to a server that will be serving an ASP.NET application, should I select the Domain Login Account during install, or still stay with the Local Account?
