Well, that's Michel's (and Microsoft's, if it's true) decision.
I'll be frank about this. If this is a problem with anyone, then I'll give up my free PUTM. I don't, and haven't ever, come here and try to help folks for the perks (such as a PUTM). I do it because that's my nature. I know how hard this business is, and I do try to contribute because the people who have helped me along the way told me, when I asked them how I could repay them for their time and assistance,
"Do the same for others."
