A quick Gogle search for 'printer queue monitoring software' came back with this link

>I'm a network admin and my employer believes that our network printer is being abused due to the exorbitant number of toner cartridges that we have to purchase for the office. I was asked if their was any way to monitor/view print jobs sent to the queue (server is Windows 2000 with an HP network printer {and assigned IP}) or have them available for later viewing at the end of the day to determine what, if any documents are being printed non-work related. Does anyone know of some software that might accomplish this? I'm aware of some packet sniffing programs but don't know which could assist me in this task or if it could carry out what I want. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
>Thanks
