Open all tables EXLUSIVE & Delete the link to their DataBase, Then Just add them to new database.
Programaticly:
COPY ALL Tables & DataBase in some other folder. Then:
OPEN MyDataBase EXCLUSIVE
REMOVE TABLE Table1
.....
Then You can copy that tables in new project DATA folder & add them to New DataBase
