For those of you who are not aware of Channel 9, it is a site run by a group of guys at Microsoft who "want a new level of communication between Microsoft and developers". One of the things they do is post video interviews with various Microsoft folks about new products, development tools, technologies, methodologies, etc. Very cool stuff.
