The idea is to create a custom size for your printer to use, rather than just creating your report to that size and assuming the printer will know. If you have XP (I believe this applies to Windows 2000 as well),
1.go to the printer section (where you can add a new printer)
2. From the menu File->Server properties.
3. Create a new form and put the required parameters and save the new form.
4. Go to the printer and in the device settings, select the newly created size.
5. Go back to VFP, modify your report and re-save it.

Now your printer should be able to print a custom report 3X7.
