I'm using Microsoft Word 2000, but, of course, need this to work in various versions.

I'm trying to make sense of Word "Next Record If" field, and added a First_Employer_Record field that contains a "Y" if it's the first record for the employer, otherwise, it contains a "N".

But I am still getting one detail record per page.
