Hilmar,

Thanks for your advice. The 'Hourglass' problem during rebuild of the Project was caused by a corrupted Object file (from the Form that caused the freezeup). I recompiled everything and it works fine now.

I can open the Form in question from within the Project or with 'USE (formname)' and all appears well.
