I don't know. For this part, I started from the Visual FoxPro samples and enhanced it. For other dll stuff, I took it from the Universal Thread.

It's because in my application, I have an object called oApp which have a property for the default INI file to use. If I don't pass a INI file name then it will read from the oApp property. In your case, you can just remove that line and take the INI file name from the tcFile.
