Not neccesary, If on Your own computer RTF files are proccessed by MS Word & You store the file ion General Field, No metter on wich computer You distribute this file this general field always require MS Word installed, Even if this computer has other program that proccess RTF files. If You don't store the file in GENERAL field You can use default program on every computer that can handle RTF file.
