Hello UT,
We have to set up a 24/7 type of support for an application and I would
like to know what is the standard rate for this type of service.
I mean, is it standard to pay an hourly rate for employees that are
'on-call' on evenings and week-ends? or is it acceptable to pay them only
when they get a call?
Any real-life experience? guidelines? etc...
