Does anybody has an advanced police record management system? If has, do you have a trial version? Or anybody who give me a site who are dealing/selling a Police Record Management System.

I need to evaluate as we need to proposed to our client. The software must be scalable and it runs under Windows OS, preferably Oracle/ MS Sequel server as its backend database.
