As has been shown by both you and Max, it's obvious to me that my blanket statement about stealing by people in China was uncalled for and I appologize for it. There is good and bad in every country. I will say again that I tried for 9 months to get that posting removed. I sent many emails both in english and translated into chinese. I heard nothing back.

As are you and Max, I am a devoted foxpro person. Foxpro has allowed me to make a decent living for more than 10 years. The registration numbers that were posted on the myf1 site were from a software program that I have been developing and selling for 10 years. So in a sense, by posting that link and the fact that it was and could be cracked, Zhu gave away 10 years of development and my hard work.

I'm a very small company and for most of the 10 years it was just me. Zhu did not steal from a large corporation or some unknown company. He stole from me and nearly 1500 people in china downloaded the software from that one link or other links in china and the far east before I blocked the ip ranges. I hope they learn from my hard work.

I'm curious, since you are saying that the price of Foxpro is to high, If you could buy it, how does the price compare to the average wage earned by a typical foxpro developer in China. A week's wages? A months wages? I guess I just don't understand the wage scale or the cost of things in China.
