I'm not familiar with Hijack-This. You don't always want to remove all BHOs, e.g. the one that gets installed by Acrobat Reader by default.
Although I don't use it this way I understand BHODaemon can also load at startup and monitor the system in real-time for loading BHOs or new ones that try to install.
