Here is another question related to the title

I have a dbf that has a field entitled "names"

Data in this field is as

Eric Den Doop
Jos Pols
Gomez Eric
Terry Mcdonnel Eric

In this field I want to replace "Eric" with "ERIC" && proper case to uppercase

How should I do this?
