Given the variety and capacity of storage options, (zip drives, high capacity floppies etc.) it only makes sense to allow the user to select where the data is to be archived.

A lot of MS apps keep disc space forever, unless an "expert" keeps watch. Does your your Reboot utility cover all bases and would the user be aware of this benefit ?

All the batch file tries to do is to keep the local drive from being eaten up by tmp files. It used to run CHKDSK (back when DOS 6.0 and DoubleSpace were around). I think that, now, it's probably more reliable to check for old tmp files while the system is initiallizing. Further, it's the user's responsibility to monitor whats going on with his/her local drive in terms of space. I feel that it my responsibility not to exacerbate the problems normally associated with this.
