I am implying that we should regard truth as relative. So, no, it is not an absolute statement.

We should be aware of the fact that we invented the word "truth" and can do anything we want with it.

My suggestion (which is not an original suggestion) is to regard truth as relative. I suggest it because it seems to clarify a good deal of things that aren't clear to me otherwise.

I'm open to other suggestions.
