There's a new topic in the docs that describes this process (still under construction):

In addition you'll need an updated version of the Web Connection ISAPI dll:

That has fixes to work around a number of issues in the Apache ISAPI implementation.

Note the DLL is a pre-release version.

All of this will be in version 4.62 as well as fully automated configuration for Apache via the Management Console Create Project, Configure Server options.
