Good to see ur mail after long time.Hope u r doing great.
Actually the problem is finding a free booking slot in appointment book.instead of posting the whole code here i just created a sample program which replicates the error.

I tried all sort of things to get it to work.Yes,i tried wait windows,doevents,lastkey(),on key lable etc., but to no avail.
This sample code does not work on my machine but works perfectly on Nitin's machine.i compared computer settings,foxpro options but they r all same :-(

If you remember ,on appointment book you can search for a booking slot in a specific period or indefinetly until it finds one.we gave an option to press ESC if users want to cancel search.but for some reason ESC key not working at some client machines and they've to do Ctrl+alt+Del to get out of it which is very annoying.

Finally,since i've not found any reason why its happening ,i added special code which will stop at certain interval and asks user whether he wants to continue.

Anyway how r things at ur end ?Hope your family doing fine.
