Hi,

We want to hire a special phone line for client support where customers that don't have a service contract pays for service through his telephone bill, sort of like horoscope and pornography "services". The telephone company is Panama does not offer this service for local calls, only for international calls, so we want to hire the service somewhere else (probably US) so service calls can be routed that way.

Does someone know of a company that provides that service?
