Mike,
First, you should use SET PRINTER TO
NAME (lcPrinterName). Second, if it still doesn't help, you'll have to open your label in the Label Designer, uncheck Printer Environment on the Report menu and save it. This way printer related info will be not saved with label.
>I have an application where I want to print an invoice with one printer and labels with another printer. i.e. it is one at a time: one invoice, then the the labels for the invoice, the next invoice, then the labels for that invoice etc.
>
>If possible it would be great if the ouput for the invoice and labels could be directed programatically.
>
>I have tried SET PRINTER to "PrinterName" but I find that when I issue:
>LABEL FORM MYLABEL TO PRINTER that it always goes the default printer regardless of the SET PRIINTER TO "PrinterName" COMMAND.
>
>If anyone has crossed this bridge before, I would be pleased to hear from you.
