Hi Peter,
If you apply a Service Pack to VFP the runtimes change. If you make changes to your app, ie. Active X etc. there will be additional files that will have to be deployed and registered.
The original problem you were having made me think that you had deployed your app, applied SP1 to VFP7 and then re-deployed an updated exe.
