Hi Terry,

I decided to try using views instead of creating cursors, and the problem disappeared.

Although, there is definitely some kind of VFP conflict/bug when creating cursors within a private data session, which somehow loses the cursor's data (either through filtering it or overwriting it for some reason). I kept receiving a message that the filter was cleared, which wasn't from any action of mine. The strange thing is that this problem did not occur in the default data session setting.
