It is unclear what you need. Can you clarify?

1. Do you need call records that lists detailed call records that a single phone made? Outbound calls
2. Or do you need call details of a single phone recieved? Inbound calls

If it is option number #1, that is a more difficult setup and takes the cooperation of the telephone provider. There ARE calls records generated for all outbound calls, but since most providers do not charge for local calls (at least not in Canada), they do not keep records of these calls, they only keep records of the international calls, since those would be the ones that they would charge back to the client, and those are the ones that they would be charged for from what provider they routed the call to.

If it is options 2. You would require what is called a 'dedicated toll free line'. Where all calls made to this number would generate a call records.

>>Being in the telecom industry myself (not in the USA mind you) and the services in Panama might be different than what is available in Canada.
>>1.But can you get a "1-900"?
>>2. Do you need CDR's (call records)?
>>3. Certain telephone systems (actual phones) can provide call records themselve (extra equipment required)

>2. Yes, that would be required.
>3. That would not work. We need allow calls from any type of phone.

>>>Hi,
>>>
>>>We want to hire a special phone line for client support where customers that don't have a service contract pays for service through his telephone bill, sort of like horoscope and pornography "services". The telephone company is Panama does not offer this service for local calls, only for international calls, so we want to hire the service somewhere else (probably US) so service calls can be routed that way.
>>>
>>>Does someone know of a company that provides that service?

>>>Best holiday wishes to Fox users everywhere.

>>>TIA,
