I'm getting a "Error 56 - Not enough disk space" thrown when I use Microsoft's remote desktop connection (RDC) with a Win2003 server when trying to copy a record from a server-side VFP table to a local table (identical structure) on my PC. The drive mapping I use might seem backwards but it's all that RDC supports. The _server_ maps a drive on my PC. So the record is being pushed by the VFP running on the server from server to my PC. The app that is trying to copy the record can open the local table just fine, displays the data, but when it tries to update (extend?) the FPT file, I get the error.

Problem might be related to one mentioned in Thread #963084 by Todd Cottengim when using a Linksys NAS. Here is what his ultimate solution was: "After 2.5 hours on the phone with Linksys Tech Support (or lack thereof), I finally have a solution to the problem; Return the NAS for a refund. It turns out that Linksys NAS products will not support multi user databases."

Should the same be adopted as the solution for Microsoft's products? ;-)

Can anybody confirm or deny the cause of the problem here? Thanks!
